Mark leads the Element 7 team and has 18 years of experience as an engineer in the aerospace and advanced manufacturing fields, focusing on new technology and product development.

At NASA, Mark worked with advanced metallics, ceramic, and carbon fiber composites. His extensive experience and knowledge with materials ensures our clients get the proper materials and coatings selected for their products.

As an expert in additive manufacturing, Mark has developed a portfolio of additive manufacturing intellectual properties and created the company PrintSpace 3D that designs, manufactures and has sold desktop 3D printers around the world. He continues to develop and build additive manufacturing technology for clients and to use the most advanced 3D printing capabilities to assist in prototyping products.

Mark has an MBA and has received numerous patents and awards for new technologies. He was co-authored and recognized in multiple publications for materials processing and research contributions.

We will select the optimal 3D Printing process and material for your project from prototype even through the production.

We will find the optimal manufacturing process and suppliers for your production needs. Processes include CNC machining, laser cutting, composite molding, injection molding, investment casting, fabrication, and coatings.

With our quick turn around times we often provide our clients with a 3D software model of their prototype within one week. We can 3D print these models and If desired turn them into photorealistic renderings for presentations as well as 3D printed.
